• No need to remove any part of your radar unit and send it out for certification. We come to your department and perform in-car radar certifications. You don't have to spend money shipping your radar units.

RADAR REPAIR
We work with an authorized radar repair facility and if for any reason your radar does not pass certification we will send the faulty unit out for repair.

PRICING: single antenna, dual antenna or hand held units radar certifications

• 1 to 9 units are $75.00 per unit,
• 10 and above are $65.00 per unit
• Discounts available if radar certification is done in conjunction with any other on-site cruiser service.

CERTIFICATION
Our certification is a series of diagnostic tests performed on police radar equipment to verify that the unit is functioning in accordance with the equipment manufacturer's specifications. Our equipment will work with any radar brand or model including all hand held and dash mounted units. It also handles all X-band, K-band and KA-band radar transmitting frequencies.

Certification Tests Performed:

• Tuning Forks: Measures X, K and KA-bands
• Audio Tone Speed Simulation: Handles X, K, KA-bands in moving & stationary modes from 15 – 120 mph. Also handles KPH and Knots.
• Center Frequency: For X, K, KA-band radar units

Our system is NIST traceable and meets radar manufacturers' recommended radar certification standards, including performing the vital center frequency test. Performing a Center Frequency Test is the only way to guarantee that a radar unit is displaying correct speed results as supported by the radar manufacturers and the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP).
